-smile and say “how are you” to customer service workers
-if someone is trying to cross the street when it’s cold/raining/snowing, let them cross!! Even if it’s not a crosswalk! You’re in your warm car!

I’d rather you hit your nutrition 80% rather than 100%
Because at 80% you can go out, enjoy yourself & not obsess over every eency weency calorie
Your progress will be slower but more sustainable & enjoyable
Being 100% on point with your nutrition isn’t perfect, it’s prison

Because other fertility issues
