@Wickes STILL not resolved my complaint KITCHEN NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Into week6 and a child with Cerebral Palsy. Living area is unsafe for him due to his mobility. Kitchen was due to be collected yesterday but they did not turn up. I want my refund today this is disgusting servi

@Wickes @BBCWatchdog Kitchen measured incorrectly by Wickes & does not fit. 4 weeks without a kitchen & a child with Cerebral Palsy made to stay in his bedroom for his safety as living area filled with units. Requested full refund & collection of entire order still no action

Call someone and just ask how they are doing this weekend. Maybe you know they are having a tough time, perhaps it looks like they are living the perfect life from your perspective.
