I got my phone last Friday. SO excited to see what was going on, frankly I’m heartbroken. Everyone hates everyone, and nobody has respect for each other. There is 100x more respect for TRAINEES at boot camp than there is in civilian day-to-day life.

@smilesunshine_3 @BruceAll3n What about China? Missionaries risk their lives to help underground churches. All I’m saying is that not all missions are for selfish needs, and there is more good in the world than bad.

@smilesunshine_3 @BruceAll3n There are things to help kids in America. We have an abundance of organizations around the country that can help. Legitimate missions are not to gain numbers in Christianity, their TRUE goal should be to spread comfort and faith to those who have lost it/ not even gained it.

@smilesunshine_3 @BruceAll3n So many follow Christianity not bc they are forced, but because it brings comfort to them. I’m not saying all cases but for most that part that is true. Missions SHOULD be used to bring comfort and assistance.

@smilesunshine_3 @BruceAll3n Maybe they’re not just sitting through a sermon though. Christianity is based around faith. That is what the communities those missions go to need. While there are some who use missions selfishly, most of the time the end goal is not colonization.
