@lil49s @snapchatsupport What you have to do is wait 24hrs, log onto snap through their website and go to unlock account and there you will be able to unlock it. Don’t log back onto the app from your phone (it’s device IMEI banned) you can log on from someone else’s phone (I’ve been on my moms)

@snapchatsupport fix your bug that device bans, temporarily/permanently locks accounts, and deleting accounts for no reason. People are being scammed trying to get their accounts back by bots/hackers. Fix YOUR bug. Protect and help the people who have supported snap for years

@lil49s @snapchatsupport It’s honestly ridiculous. First I was logged out, then locked out temporarily, permentantly locked when I tried to unlock it. Now I can get into my account from any other device but mine obvs I was device banned. Better be fixed bcs I can’t afford a new phone rn 🙄
