@Storage_Venture My daughters have had budgets since they were 2. My 7 year understands more about money than most 20 year olds. It comes from starting young and having honest conversations.
We are looking to off load our final two lots in this commercial development. The larger lot has approved plans ready for construction of a 93,000 sqft climate control storage. Both zoned PUD. Open to ideas.

@Storage_Venture@ChrisRamsey60 This is bare ground. We mainly do land development but partnered with a GC on this project to do design and construction.
@realEstateTrent $105,000 purchases price $1,800/month rent and $6000/ year in expenses leaves around 14%. That house was a good deal but they are much harder to find these days.
@SitePrepGuy@ClintT_land It’s easy on the other side. Im incredibly fortunate to be second generation with so much work put in years before me. Not to say I didn’t put years in to learn but much less risk having that option.
@matt_gottshall More so this. We bought our first home in 2011 at the lowest price in the complex. Lived in it a few years then moved and kept it. Rented it until we got most our money back out of it. Sold it and bought an STR that we 1031’ed into. No clue if it was smart yet.
