To top it all off we had to wait for our bags at @FlyYYC for over 2.5 hours until 3am. My friends dog sat on the tarmac for that same amount of time in -20. @WestJet get it together or don’t bother putting on these flights.

Very disappointed with @WestJet customer service when travelling with my wedding dress. I called previous to travel and was told they would hang it for me. When I got to the plane I was made to put my dress in the overhead compartment. When I got home, it was ripped.
