It would not be difficult at all to return to his own style. He simply had to return to his old form. Sounds simple yet most hitters who are always great like Manny probably never understood what made him great.

Independent Barrel Movement. Carroll changed his swing last year to include this technique. He had career best in the power department. Its real simple, vertical barrel➡️horizontal before forward hand commitment. 80% of all HOF sluggers had this principle.
