@DKThomp Don't Musk's companies have notoriously inflated P/E ratios? Although to be fair, Anthropic is the kind of company where speculation driving high P/E is more understandable.
@RichardHanania As a dem, id love to work with DSA on common goals, like healthcare. But its really tough when they prove to be economically illiterate.
@toofaroutmann@Car_Free_USA I guess it depends where you are. Fair enough regarding Texas, but where I live in Brooklyn, it feels like it's swung too far.
@hernandezforny Urbanization and deindustrialization happen ๐คทโโ๏ธ If you want to reindustrialize to strengthen the US's manufacturing base for key areas, great. But we should not subsidize for the sake of reversing population declines.
@dpakman Because of the war powers act, we actually win a war every 60 days and then start a completely unrelated one. We're 2-0 so far and going strong in our 3rd war against Iran this year!
@TheStalwart I think you have to compare apples to apples. Posting about being mad at boomers is low cost activism, but so is posting about any other activist cause. And lawmakers trying to write YIMBY laws have to expend political capital, same as for other laws.
@mellowjnr_ Honestly, anything except 5. Candace is that crazy. A plane ride with trump is just way too interesting to pass up, and the rest seem inoffensive.
@bankertobuilder This is incredible. But we need to add a strip mall next to the highway. Imagine if a driver could visit Starbucks, GNC, or Men's Warehouse during their commute!
