Yes, we need far more than 11 pardons. Eleven is simply not enough.
Mr. President, there are thousands of pardon applications waiting for your review. Please don’t let these families continue to suffer. You are the only hope for so many people who have nowhere else to turn.
Behind every application is a mother, a father, a son, a daughter, and children praying for another chance. These are real families living with heartbreak every single day, hoping that justice and mercy will prevail.
Please give these cases the attention they deserve. Thousands of families are waiting and praying for hope.

It is not about Fraud is about prosecutors scoring a conviction for personal gain.
Elizabeth Mercedes Hernandez, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a mother of five, and a first-time, nonviolent offender serving a 20-year sentence for a crime she did not commit.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate, Elizabeth worked as an independent contractor for telehealth companies, reviewing medical records and providing clinical services. She did not own the companies, control their finances or billing, recruit patients, or submit Medicare claims.
The government attributed millions of dollars in corporate billing to Elizabeth because her credentials, National Provider Identifier (NPI), and electronically affixed signature appeared on medical records. The electronic signature was applied without her knowledge or consent by the companies, which she neither owned nor controlled.
Elizabeth was the only defendant who exercised her constitutional right to a trial. She refused to plead guilty because she would not admit to crimes she maintains she did not commit. She was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison.
The Florida Department of Health reviewed the allegations, found no violations, and closed the case. This important finding should not be ignored when evaluating the facts surrounding her case.
Today, five innocent children continue to pay the highest price. They are growing up without their mother—not because of anything they have done, but because she cannot be with them. Their pain cannot be measured in court records or sentencing guidelines. It is measured in tears, empty chairs at birthdays and holidays, unanswered questions, and countless nights wishing for just one more hug from their mom. They deserve the chance to have their mother home.

We saw 11 pardons on Friday. Will there still be more? @S_Fitzpatrick these are the stories of every day Americans who are still fighting for their Freedom. https://t.co/cr4SqIO30z
@AngiePachecoFL On the fact that the government has attacked before they investigated any crime. The government charges first then threatens with 20,50 even 345 year like they did to thr President. What they did to him they done to us. The play book is plea or jail.
@AngiePachecoFL If we could all just get all together they could not ignore what the government does in white collar crime. Sick hit you with 200 years in jail to break you to please.
Murderers get 3 to 5 I got 100 to 180 years
🇺🇸 We made the front page! Thank you again to @amspectator for giving the "forgotten" weaponization victims, especially those who bravely stood up for their President and Country, some much-deserved attention. Happy 250th!

‼️Mr. President, 11 pardons are not enough. ‼️‼️‼️
Your critics are going to criticize you no matter what you do. Whether you grant 11 pardons, 250, or even 2,500, they’ll still have something to say.
So why not give 2,500 deserving people a second chance? If they’re going to talk regardless, at least let them spend the rest of the year talking about an act of mercy that reunited families and gave people hope. Keep them busy.
President Donald J. Trump

You have the constitutional power to grant pardons and clemency. I respectfully ask you to use that power to reunite families like ours. My daughter is the mother of five children who are growing up without her love, guidance, and embrace. They are the innocent victims. Every day they remain separated from their mother is another day of heartbreak that no child should ever have to endure.
NOT FRAUD ‼️‼️‼️

@ed_rosenberg thank you for compiling this. I'm going to read it all very soon.
We need more than a handful of high-profile pardons that leave thousands of other victims of government weaponization with little more than blind hope that, if they appear on enough podcasts, television shows, or social media feeds, someone in authority might finally notice their case.
The nation fully acknowledges that lawfare and government weaponization occurred—particularly under the Biden regime—so why hasn't the administration addressed this to scale?
The victims number in the thousands, while the pardons are few and restitution blocked at every turn. Families, including mine, have lost jobs, businesses, savings, reputations, years of their lives, and, in some cases, loved ones. If we are serious about restoring equal justice under law, we cannot leave the vast majority of those affected behind.
That is why I want to dedicate a special edition of FreedomTalk Magazine to these stories and distribute it to our list of 2M emails. My hope is that this might become a rallying point for a multitude of good people, not around personalities, but around a shared commitment to equal justice, restoration, and law that's balanced by mercy. And most of all, done out of love and outgoing concern.
I will gladly give my time, my experience, and everything I can to this effort. I am not looking for recognition or to build my own brand. I simply want to see these men and women restored and their families made whole.
Five years ago, I founded FreedomTalk with the vision of providing a hub people and organizations that share a commitment to our nation's most important values and founding principles.
For too long, our myriad movements have been siloed and often competitive, weakening our potential as a People. It is time to bring them together for the good of the nation.
Whatever our individual causes may be, we should be able to stand together on this one: no American should remain under the weight of unjust government action if we have the means to correct it.
Let's set aside our differences, unite around what we believe in, and work until every person who was wrongfully caught up in government weaponization receives the justice, freedom, and restoration they deserve.
I'll post more on this soon. In the meantime, anyone who'd like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to me.

No lobbyist. No million dollar law firm.
Just truth. In writing. In federal court records.
I am Case #7 of 43.
43 Americans with documented proof of DOJ injustice found each other and united. I am #7 on that list.
I am #7 a pre-IPO entrepreneur, J6 advocate, and Trump supporter.
Here is what they did to me: The Southern District of New York federally convicted me in November 2025 on multiple counts of securities fraud, wire fraud, and investment adviser fraud related to StraightPath Venture Partners — despite strong returns delivered to many participants and my refusal of a massive $75 million SEC settlement.
Prosecutors openly cited my media appearances and X posts to push for harsher penalties, including forfeiture of the family home that would leave my wife and two children homeless.
They raided my life as retaliation for my vocal Trump support and public advocacy.
Their words. Their records. Federal court documents.

I am actively seeking a presidential pardon.
Behind me are 42 others. Every one of us has a story that will break your heart. Every one of us has court records to back it up.
We are not asking for charity. We are asking for what the founding fathers promised guaranteed. Justice for all of us. Not just the ones who can afford to pay for it.

🇺🇸Mr President you of all people know how our justice system fails when people are convicted based on assumptions instead of facts proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The same rush to judgment that drives sensational headlines can shape public opinion, leaving innocent people and their families to pay the price.
Today’s news often values headlines over humanity. The greatest victims are frequently the children—bullied at school because of stories that may later prove incomplete or inaccurate. Families carry the stigma long after the headlines disappear.
Whether the goal is ratings, promotions, or convictions, lives can be destroyed. That is why journalists, prosecutors, and judges must be held to the highest standards of accountability. Justice should rest on evidence, not speculation.
Saying someone “should have known” is not proof of wrongdoing. Every day, honest people are deceived, scammed out of their savings, and betrayed by those they trusted. Hindsight is easy; real life is not.
Justice must be based on what can be proven not on what someone believes another person should have known.
My family has lived through the devastating consequences of this unjust justice system under the Biden/Garland DOJ. Every single day, we continue to suffer because my daughter, Elizabeth, remains in prison for a crime she did not commit. She became a scapegoat of corrupt prosecutors, and our family has paid an unimaginable price.
You know that TDS is real. Whether you pardon 250 people or 2,500, the media and your critics will attack you no matter what. They have already made up their minds.
So if I were in you, I would pardon the 2,500. Give hope to thousands of families. Shock the critics. Give America something worth talking about—a bold act of mercy, justice, and courage.
My daughter is Case #9 of #43Americans.
