Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite weekly)
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Renewable based on performance)

This role is designed for a creative thinker who understands how premium brands communicate. You will be responsible for developing content concepts, directing shoots, creating engaging visual content, and ensuring every piece of content reflects the sophistication and emotional appeal of our brand.
Please note that this is a behind-the-scenes content role. The successful candidate will not be required to appear on camera, manage social media postings, or handle customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly content strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Create structured content calendars and campaign concepts.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Conceptualize content ideas that transform products into desirable lifestyle experiences.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots, styling, props, and visual storytelling elements.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's premium aesthetic.
- Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and similar channels.
- Produce clean, polished, visually appealing content that reflects a luxury brand standard.
- Create compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and purchasing interest.
- Monitor content trends, platform updates, and emerging formats.
- Adapt relevant trends creatively while maintaining brand integrity.
- Develop relatable, entertaining, and emotionally engaging content concepts.
- Write strong content hooks, captions, on-screen text, and campaign concepts.
- Support storytelling initiatives through persuasive and brand-consistent messaging.
- Track content performance metrics.
- Provide recommendations based on audience behaviour and content insights.
- Continuously refine content strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand perception.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
- Proficiency in mobile videography and content editing.
- Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InShot, or similar creative software.
- Demonstrated ability to create aesthetically pleasing, engaging, and high-performing content.
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends and platform best practices.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas consistently.
- Must be able to commute to Lekki 2–3 times weekly for content shoots and planning sessions.
- Previous experience creating content for lifestyle, beauty, fashion, gifting, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.
