@msnaick1 @British_Airways My wife has osteoarthritis the majority of her PRN meds are in her case ..she has meds for tonight then nothing so being asked to contact tomorrow afternoon is not gonna help..she has no clothes to change into.. nothing

@British_Airways my wife and daughter have travelled from Heathrow to Edinburgh my daughter's luggage has-been broken into and wife's has gone missing. She's been told to call back tomorrow afternoon. She flies back on Thursday...shes had no support

@British_Airways I have rang Menzies aviation and been told to call back tomorrow afternoon to a Swedish number? What is going on? my wife and daughter feel unsupported and BA are doing nothing to resolve this situation quickly to avoid any further stress. Please respond

@British_Airways I paid a premium to ensure they flew British airways I thought u were the best..thanks to BA my wife is in Edinburgh with no belongings my daughter wonderful experience has been tainted and I am in kent trying to sort this out....

@British_Airways My wife has osteoarthritis no support was offered when she informed staff of this at Edinburgh. My daughter was really looking forward to this trip and when she found the lock to her suitcase broken open this has upset her.
