On the issue of affordable and accessible health care in Nigeria, especially in our rural areas, we face a reality that cannot be ignored. We must all agree that health care must not remain a privilege for only those who live in the cities or those who can afford private hospital services.
Every ward or at the very least LGA should have a standard primary health care center.
A functional Primary Health Care Centre (PHC) in every ward is not a luxury, it is a necessity. It is the frontline of protection for our people. A working PHC prevents epidemics before they spread, help our people manage chronic illnesses like hypertension and diabetes, and saves countless lives at a fraction of the cost of emergency care.
No nation can rise when its rural communities are left without the most basic health services.
Let's get back to basics and build a system that serves everyone, especially the most vulnerable.

It’s heartbreaking.
We only hope we can help communities like this with all they need, but we must make sure we do the much we can for them. Alaigbo must be great again!

Next, we went to the Community Sec Sch, Mgboko Amairi in Obingwa LGA. What we saw was heartbreaking - buildings abandoned, roofs falling apart, and classrooms in terrible condition. How can children learn in an environment like this? We must do our best to help them return to sch
We have visited Obingwa LGA in Abia as our mission to restore clean water, education, & healthcare across all LGAs in Abia continues. We began by visiting the traditional ruler, as it’s our tradition to pay homage and honor them. Hearing the issue their people face touched us.
Our team, alongside volunteered engineers, visited Uzuakoli Health Center to measure areas needing repairs and reconstruction.
The people in the community were so happy to see us! They know the health center will soon be in better shape to serve them.
We have visited the Girls Sec Sch, Uzuakoli with our engineers, to measure the ceilings, doors, and the entire building
The joy on the faces of the students and staff was priceless! They know something good is coming, and we won’t stop until their school is better and safe again
The Gramaze team went back to Ozuitem Community Sec Sch library with the engineers in our team to take measurements and plan the repairs.
You could see the excitement on the faces of the people when they saw us return. Their hope will not be put to shame!
Soon, the Ozuitem Community Second school library will be ready, and the children will have a proper place to study and build their future.

They took us to see:
📍Umuka Community Health Center,
📍Aro Ngwa Community Pri. School
📍Amano Community Pri. School, and
📍Afor Umuku Market.
Seeing the situation with our own eyes was truly eye-opening.
We visited Osisioma Ngwa LGA in Abia State to meet with community leaders.
They welcomed us warmly, and we had a great conversation about our mission to help communities in Abia and Alaigbo grow.
We were shocked to learn that some children still attend lessons here. It’s unsafe and unfair.
We must do everything possible to change this.

This is Aro Ngwa Community Primary School in Abia State.
The school is in a terrible condition. Some classrooms have no roofs, while others are weak and could collapse anytime. The environment is bushy, with no toilets or restrooms.
We can’t ignore this. Every child deserves a safe and comfortable place to study.
Change must happen here, and it must happen fast.

This is Amano Community Primary School in Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State.
The school is falling apart. Some classrooms have no roofs, and others are on the verge of collapse. Many children no longer come to school because there’s no safe place to learn.
