@TFFtoydrive@Lorac10@CP24 I know several that would help but it’s more a rhetorical question than a suggested solution… like would it be allowed by the unions, would it be conflict of interest, I’m more just curious about the dynamics and connectivity between first responders
@TFFtoydrive@Lorac10@CP24 I totally get it.. my post wasn’t an answer to the current state it was more a question of would firemen be able to act as EMS if ever things got even worse… not to put more on the FD but more as a question of experience first responders with some medical practices…
@Lorac10@CP24 They have different restrictions they have to have 24 hrs between any shift as they do work7am -7 am so they can’t always be available for the FD but doesn’t mean that some wouldn’t hesitate to help there if it was pliable
@deltox@CP24 I understand that I’m speaking from additional people qualified to perform things like CPR etc and yes get off their asses in the office and get out there but people as well have to learn appropriate times to call for an ambulance and not tie these workers up with bullsh*t calls
