@marvel_updat3s Neither probably will be based on how now that the "What If" show writers have changed the original outline for S2 and S3. We all can only pray that they don't mess up X-MEN 97 like they did with that "What If" show.
@comicsexplained@Comicsexplained The dialogue between characters and how they spoke to each other this season after episode 4 was one of the main things that caught my attention compared to season 1. Magneto, Baston, Prof X, Storm Cyclops etc really had some good lines during S1
@comicsexplained Agreed, you can tell there was a shift in the storyline and even the dialogue after episode 4. Demayo did state once that the current writers shifted his original end plans for S2 and beyond.
@khaliltooshort Thanks for telling him that, lol. X-Men were different/mutants because how they were born with special abilities/powers ordinary humans did not have while also protecting those in a world that hates and fears them. It was not about race or gender.
@DaSpiralKing All of those characters so far are comicbook accurate race wise from the comic/source material. There are plenty of other minority/diverse characters in the X-MEN that maybe in the movie. Hoping Marvel have the actors no matter the race actually look like characters.
@MoonstarGarth The main problem is that the season(s) need more episodes or have each episode be an actual full 60mins at least. In the comics the X-Mansion would have a bunch of X-Men living/residing there. They can still revolve the show around the main cast and also add in others sometimes.
@GusGallucci@KingJames Not the same - MJ came back out of retirement after not playing basketball for over 3 years and was a team owner. He literally came back just to compete and play basketball and help a very bad Wizards team. Everyone knew he had no chance of winning a ring, just playing for fun.
@ACDload@Gardas111 Damn, you read my mind. I was just thinking about that. This was Kobe post-achilles tear and he wasn't as good as he was before that injury and he still put up 44 against Klay. He would have no chance against young Kobe.
@XMenUpdate Only way that is happening if Marvel didn't change Beau DeMayo original plans for Season 3 after he was let go. He stated that Marvel scrapped his plans for Onslaught for Season 3 and are doing a different story but didn't change much of Season 2.
