@litfibre_help I phoned up earlier due to issues with connecting to specific websites and was told there was problem with a data center, can you please shed some light on when this will be fixed?

However I cant access this account as I cant remember the name I used to create the account so cant recover it. I need to create a ticket or email someone to fix it.
