Made Cod for the first time. Seasoned it two different ways to experiment and it came out so good!
Wanted to dabble into this because low calories and high in protein!

everything is "bad" for you. literally. i just use eggs, a banana, a little cinnamon, and a scoop of protein powder. takes 15 mins. max.
@Ace_Babyyy sharing your story is not an easy thing to do. i'm so sorry you and your kids went through that. no one deserves that. good on you for getting out of that situation for your family. you now have a whole army behind you!
