@oillover87@ryanwhitney6 Honestly, as long as the players are winning, they will take smaller paychecks for it. No income tax in Florida too. But yes, eventually they won't be able to keep everyone, but winning now is what matters to these teams and players. They aren't willing to play the waiting game
@EricsOpinion94@moreitscider Leagues obviously don't force teams to do it, the Red Wings didn't acknowledge it last year either. When teams don't however, it makes people in those communities feel they aren't valued as fans
@JohnCleese John, my guy, what you just described could also be applied to some followers of Christianity. Not all sects of organized religion are great.
π¨ Two MAJOR bombshells in 30 minutes.
CBS News: The Trump administration concealed the true extent of Iranβs strike on a US base in Kuwait. Dozens of service members suffered severe injuries. 30 remain hospitalized right now.
They hid it.
The New York Times: A US military investigation has concluded the United States was responsible for the strike on the Shajareh Tayyebeh girlsβ elementary school in Minab, Iran.
165 girls. Ages 7 to 12.
Trump said the Tomahawk was βvery generic.β
Trump said Iran bombed its own school.
Trump said heβs βwilling to live withβ whatever the report shows.
The report shows it was us.
And while Trump was lying about dead children, his administration was hiding dozens of wounded American service members from their own families and the American public.
Concealing American casualties.
Lying about dead Iranian children.
Blocking terror warnings to law enforcement.
Sealing the Epstein files.
This is a pattern.
@frank_seravalli No one is saying they can't celebrate. But by having someone from the government celebrating with them, it shows favoritism to the party in charge. That's the issue
