With a strong economy and very competitive jobs market, making sure we have teachers in front of all our classrooms is becoming increasingly difficult.

However, thanks to programs like this one, and our commitment to increasing permanency and improving conditions, we’ve been able to avoid many of the problems the eastern states currently face.
