These kiddos had a lot of energy ⚡ (and volume 🔊) so we took our non-standard measuring outside! They marked their height and counted bricks and then marked the height of a peer on the ground to use their shoes to measure height. 👟 #KindergartenMath
Jump Rope for Heart is around the corner & @tpstvdsb is helping raise funds for @HeartandStroke. Our school goal is $3500. If you can contribute, please do! 😊❤️

The Kindies loved the newest addition to our classroom library - D is for Dazzling ✨ by Keisha Cuffie. You can get your copy here: https://t.co/JteMLW89Ze
I love how much effort & care was put into this piece of mail 🥰 I am very excited to open this & read this book with our Kindergarteners tomorrow ✨ #DIsForDazzling#CanadianAuthors#KeishaCuffie
In Jan., we started taking pics of where our Ss were sitting at lunch in case we were notified of Covid (so we could monitor close contacts for symptoms). It's the only time we get to see their full faces - they make silly faces and it's my favourite part of the day 🤪💗
A HUGE thank you to @carriedejonge1@MrKChalmers, Mr. Morrison, Ms. Jamie, the entire Kindergarten Team, and the 7/8 students for running an amazing Winter Olympics for the Kindergarten students!
I got to visit the kids I was briefly teaching at the beginning of the year 🎉 Thanks @RachelHulbert6 for including me in today's community circle ❤️ @tpstvdsb
Yesterday, our Kindies seemed keen to talk more and share about their home lives so today we changed our plans to include Show & Share. Seeing their little faces light up when it was their turn was the best way to spend my Friday morning 🤩🥰
Today's highlights of online learning:
1. One of our kids joined our meet FROM KENYA 🇰🇪🤯
2. So many smiles & moments of joy from our Kindergarteners 😁😁😁😁
3. Hearing @karenemeny teaching math in the background when one of our kiddos turned on their mic ❤️
