Hi, @ATT.
I ordered service to be installed on Friday.
Installation went great, until the tech (Aaron) said the terminal was bad, he couldn’t fix it, and my appointment was too late for other techs to come out. So it would be fixed on Saturday.

@ATT We left @Xfinity @XfinitySupport because they also were not able to get a working product to my home.

Which is a surprise, @ATT, because I live in a suburb 5 minutes from the downtown area of the second largest city in my state.

@JasonKirk_fyi @ShutdownFullcas I was diagnosed as an adult (teaching full time, getting masters in music, go Devils!) and it made a lot of my life make sense (hard to focus to start a project if I had anxiety/apprehension), easy to tunnel vision a thing I love. For me, the med make a more tolerable person.
