My child is banned from the school playground/canteen for her hair, its neatly braided in a natural colour, I gave them a lesson on the history of black womens hairs cultural significance of braiding, they chose violence, @BishopChalloner has a racist hair policy!!!

My sister went into your Luton Castle St store @Matalan to return some baby items after her son was stillborn. We spoke to 2 members of staff including a manager who offered no empathy and refused to refund her despite her having a receipt. Such disgusting customer service
