Not been able to get back in to work due to isolation. Decided to check out the world of #edutwitter for the first time in ages and remembered how much incredible content comes up here! (also some not so incredible content ๐)
Steve and I have always had a passion for supporting teachers new to the profession. If you're an #ECT or #TraineeTeacher and we're not following you, please say hello below and we'll sort that out! ๐
5... i might not be approaching people for more podcast chats, but will aim to get back on and get involved again with some brilliant discussion and teacher cpd
Much love
1. Wow.... not been on here or uploaded any podcast for pretty much the whole of this past term! I've genuinely felt slightly overwhelmed for the first time this year. A combination of TAGs, a trainee who I've mentored, a now-crawling/very active baby, moving house and getting...
4....don't make it past 3 episodes. So part of me is proud of getting to over 25 if this the case!
I have spoken to some incredible people over the past year and am so pleased that I joined the wonderful world of #edutwitter. I cannot thank you all enough!
It's been a long time since I've posted anything on hear or even released a podcast. I'm gutted about this but a mixture of 'assessment' creation, tags, 7 month baby & moving house has really eaten my time. These will definitely resume soon as missed weeks will be caught up!
Loved my conversation with @KnightWilliams this evening about all things #Bahrain & life as a teacher there. The idea has definitely been sold on me & no doubt the same for numerous #NQT and #PGCE teachers.
Released next Thursday

@misscloke @TALKPASTORAL @_WISEducation @MsV_M10 Thanks so much @misscloke ! Yes, always tempted to leave the UK! Would have to be one hell of an offer though ๐
If you're thinking of taking your teaching skills overseas, don't let Covid put you off, says Karolina Malinowska โ but you might want to ask yourself these questions

A week late, but tomorrow marks the 3rd episode release in the International Teaching series. Anyone ever thought about teaching in Japan? Check out my convo with @Higgins82 to get an insight in to life as a teacher there
@TEFLjoboverseas@IntlTes
Podcast this week is one for MFL teachers, but with a difference. @Higgins82 discusses a lesson in which he teaches Japanese children directions using practical techniques. Slightly alternative to the usual, but a great idea for the lower years!
