@DocSee3@arizona_sos@AZGOP Actually, it will not go to Court because a petition can be used to stop it and place it on the ballot. The lawsuit will get thrown out because the lawsuit would be trying to circumvent the voters.
So, it take a petition, but if the petition fails, then the 2022 public want it.
