@DocSee3 @arizona_sos @AZGOP Actually, it will not go to Court because a petition can be used to stop it and place it on the ballot. The lawsuit will get thrown out because the lawsuit would be trying to circumvent the voters.
So, it take a petition, but if the petition fails, then the 2022 public want it.

It just let's the money that state pays for each child's education follow them.
Great way to view children as nothing more than money.

100% of a money paid for a child's education should go to the parents because it is their child, not schools, not the teachers.
