Back to my teaching routes today. I’ve designed homeschool post packs for creative kids. Learning basic photography at home (not on a phone) Each kit contains a task booklet, scrapbook, disposable camera, glue stick, pen and pencil. 16 days, 16 tasks. #teach

Crikey, over a year since I logged on. Update for my followers: I left secondary teaching in March 2020 to pursue my photography business. Now teaching and mentoring photographers whilst waiting for weddings to be allowed again. Hope you’re all coping!

Today... a task of gigantic proportions. Supposed to be completed over 3 days but thanks to the impending storm we did it in 6 hours. One messy teacher and about 70 messy kids! Sorry parents! 😂@PrioryRuskin any volunteers to jet wash?? 😂😂 now to replant the next 2 days lessons

@MissSpencerDT @MissAmilahS Agree! There’s too much competition in schools about who’s subject is more important. Creative subjects are seen as easy and students are often pulled from these to do extra maths and english. It’s a culture that’s come from SLT and target driven results

A Level moderation day, #graphiccommunication Super proud of their work, and even prouder than 5 of them are going on to uni to do some sort of design course. Taught some of them every single year since year 7 😂 I’ll miss them really! (Don’t tell em)
