This class we heard some of the issues that we may run into as first year teachers. I was reminded that as a teacher we need to always be flexible. We never know what can happen and it's always good to be prepared and ready to take whatever comes and roll with it! #drtchr
Something positive to take from this experience would be making sure to always stay flexible and calm. We have so much going on. Sometimes we just need to take a deep breath. Don't worry we got this!!๐ช๐ช๐ช๐๐๐#drtchr
1. I learned to always share and be proud of things you create.
2. I learned more about Carolina TIP. Mrs. Adams and I have met a few times so I knew most of the information but always learning more! #drtchr
What are some ways that we can work with other content teachers to do unit plans together when the standards are at the beginning for some and end for others? #drtchr
@DrTchr I have grown as an educator by realizing mistakes only help us grow as educators. We are all lifelong learners who have the students best interest at heart. I have grown with that understanding and will only continue to do so. #drtchr
@DrTchr I think what matters most is collaboration as a team. Each member should focus on how they can work together within their own content areas to make learning more engaging and worthwhile to students.
What is ttue authentic writing? I think that we need to make sure stidents have choice in their writing so they both enjoy it and learn skills to improve their writing in the future. The fish bowl strategy in class was fantastic to get different ideas!
