The hardware seems to work but any change that I get help with tends to mess up everything for months.
@SonicWall So difficult to decide who has the #worsttechsupport. I vote for you. Hours of wait time and the inability to solve the issue if I get through AND your company deciding what is a low priority vs critical. If I can't communicate with my constituencies it's critical.
@SonicWallTech I was on hold for an hour after which your tech told me she repeatedly tried to speak to me but I ignored her. I had to leave because I actually have other work. NOW i am on hold again for 11 minutes because whatever the first tech with whom I worked did messed up my NSA
