Another one of Tom Teagle’s first creations was made from a converted Leyland lorry, providing a handy tractor. It required two gearboxes to achieve a slow-enough speed and is shown in this photo towing a home-made cabbage planter.

Teagle Time Capsule, 1937

A major moment in our history was Tom Teagle’s first foray into creating agricultural machinery in 1937, producing this tip cart. It paved the way for a new era of manufacturing here at the Tywarnhayle site which continues to this day.
