While we are disappointed by some aspects of today's decision, we are grateful that the district court dismissed all claims in the concert promotions and concert booking markets. With those claims gone, we see no possible basis for breaking up Live Nation and Ticketmaster. We look forward to addressing the remaining claims at trial. The deficiencies we identified in the Government's monopoly power and conduct claims have not gone away, and we continue to believe that we will prevail in the end.
@Ticket_Help2022 Save me the fake shock. This happens because of aggregators who post tickets for multiple brokers. And we are doing something about it. We are only accepting aggregator listings if they identify the brokers. That way brokers can't use aggregators to violate OTL.
@limitbreaker22@ScottFriedman3@DanWallLN I dont think you understand how DMCA works Henk.
You illegally took my website down twice. You didnt respond to a counter-claim after 15 business days because you dont have a lawyer.
You are a farce and its about time you got exposed.
