@AmazonHelp two of my orders are undeliverable and this has happened too many times already where my orders are not delivered but usually I get a swift refund. This time, I was told to wait until 26th March. That is way too long to wait. I paid extra for shipping and taxes too.
5/5 I don’t live in the Philippines so what other ID can I produce? Do you really think this is quality customer service or is it pure incompetence and bureaucracy that reinforce bad reputation. and unnecessary inconvenience to everyone.
So @TalktoBPI to follow up on the very simple matter that your organisation cannot seem to resolve. Please try to read and understand before sending another generic responses.
PS..I got a message to say they will call me back within 7 days during their office hours (Manila Time) Can @TalktoBPI at least provide a specific time/ day so customers can at least wake up when they are on the other side of the world?
Surely we can do better no?!
So @TalktoBPI wants you to physically visit their branch in the Philippines when you are overseas just to finalize or confirmed a change of details you’ve made via apps/ website…does it make sense? 1/2
2/2 Was it not the purpose of apps and online banking again to make service more convenient? Why make it so virtually difficult to contact their customers service hotline? And you only get generic response?
@TalktoBPI Hi BPI - I live in Hong Kong and am planning to go back to the Philippine so opened an account online but I am unable to register my device using BPI Apps.
I followed the instructions as given but failed so many times and getting through automated messages on the phone is impossible. This makes it difficult for me to transfer funds if I can’t use the apps which is needed for transactions. Any suggestions?
