Lobster Roll Sliders
Ingredients (Serves 3–4, about 8 sliders)
Lobster filling:
1 lb cooked lobster meat (claw + tail), chopped into chunks
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for slight creaminess)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp chives or green onions, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Bread:
8 slider buns or small brioche rolls
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the buns
Slice slider buns in half
Brush with melted butter
Toast in a pan or oven until golden and slightly crispy
2. Make garlic butter lobster
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant
Add lobster meat and toss gently
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
Cook just 2–3 minutes (do not overcook)
3. Finish the filling
Remove from heat
Stir in:
Lemon juice
Parsley
Chives
Optional mayo (for slight creaminess)
4. Assemble sliders
Spoon generous lobster mixture onto each toasted bun
Let some buttery sauce soak into the bread (like the photo)
5. Garnish
Sprinkle extra parsley
Add a pinch of chili flakes for color
Optional squeeze of lemon
Tips
Use large lobster chunks for that premium look
Don’t overcook — lobster should stay tender
Toast buns well so they hold the juicy filling
Keep it lightly dressed, not overly saucy
Optional upgrades
Add a light drizzle of garlic butter on top
Mix in a little celery for crunch (traditional style)
Use brioche for richer flavor
