@wizzair am I not eligible for credit refund to my card if I had to rebook flights that were cancelled by wizzair? My two LON-MOW flights were cancelled, second time I used credits from cancellation and now cant get a refund and no flights. Please advice. Chat isn't helping here

@wizzair It's a robot I'm talking to. There is still no help on how I can withdraw my credits. Somehow it says my booking isn't aligable for refund. I was only flying to Moscow with wizzair and there are no flights for 2 years. Am I going to lose £200+ now?

@wizzair I have requested to withdraw credits from my account to be paid on bank card. I only received £49 out of £290. The amount of £225 was put back into my credit account after some time. I cant repeat refund as my confirmation code isn't accepted again.what should I do?
