A whistleblower in the military sent screenshots of soldier records showing that the type of vax they got had been changed. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen!

The judge in his opinion stated that this does not belong in the mspb but instead must be decided in another court. We need more judges like him.

This judge said the mspb is there to appeal an action by an agency, which has not happened. And that it’s brandon officially putting us on notice we are to b disciplined

I know of 1 retiree who appealed to the mspb on the basis of being coerced into leaving. Which is wats happening here. They told him it was a voluntary retirement & that was the end of that.

The mspb is there to appeal any wrongful termination. The shitty part is unless a court overturns the mandate none of us stand a chance in the mspb

@Ban_Liberals @STxStargazer @arev_o @Liz84844815 Thank you so much for the info! In our case what they're going to terminate us on is disobeying an order which falls under the umbrella of misconduct. We all know the mandate is wrong/ unconstitutional but it’ll take a court to stop its enforcement.
