@Gaismair I'm polish & they taught us English since kindergarten. Many polish people consume a lot of media in English but it's the addition to actually learning it. Nobody learns a language by rawdogging media not knowing a word of what is being said, it's simply impossible

If it's too "obvious" (MBTI, zodiac signs) then I guess it falls into that category but if it's something like autonomously realising that you've "done it again" or being disgusted by your previous actions then i think it is an example of self awareness
