Five years ago today I was informed by @DukeHealth Transplant Center that I was “an appropriate candidate for kidney donation.” Fortunate to have some great days, this certainly was one of them. Donated 6 weeks later to my brave sister, Bridget. #Blessed #Thankful @DonateLifeMD
