A bug was introduced in ESI after downtime today where any paginated endpoint that returns an empty array ([]) will not have an X-pages header. This will be fixed after downtime tomorrow.

A breaking change to all versions of /contracts/public/bids/{contract_id}/ was just deployed getting rid of the bidder_id attribute as it should not have been exposed on an unauthenticated route. Metrics show it had a low level of usage so far, apologies for any inconvenience.

Public contracts are now viewable via ESI with the addition of three new routes:
