#ScienceSunday The Mercator rover ๐ด๐ from Exoscot experiment team / @tugraz sucessfully demonstrated autonomous exploration and mapping during #AMADEE20 in Israel. The rover had 32 runs in total including one up to 1 km. It collected 3D scans and images every 5 m. ๐ช

Mission Accomplished. The Amadee-20 analog Mars simulation has finished. Our rover Mercator performed well in supporting the exploration of the area. Now it has been packed into the container and is on the way back to Austria.
