First developed for swimming programs, the “Wavelight” led pacing device for track in a recently released study, showed significant performance results. Enabling consistent even pacing, and reduced metabolic disturbance, lead to faster finishing times. https://t.co/agNKLGRyCC
@EcoFlowTech Is there a reason why this set-up has two inverters verses just stacking all 4 batteries with one inverter. Can someone explain..trying to learn?
@MrGato69420@johngetstrong Not easier volume but enough hours of recovery between high intensity workouts built into the weekly training cycle. Works perfect for average Joe’s. Most swimmers in the study were average Joe’s initially because their previous coaches used the long slow distance model.
@johngetstrong Here is a 4-year high intensity training study that demonstrated continuous VO^2 and performance improvements in a group of elite college age male swimmers, when the high intensity training is conducted properly. https://t.co/cOJk3v8AHT
@EcoFlowTech Well not for Puerto Rico. Just went through a tropical storm with 73 mph winds and knocked out the power. I have been trying to get Ecoflow EcoFlow Customer Service Team to ship generators here. Yesterday received a message that said “no we can’t”.
