I don’t understand. I see people bashing @TopVelocity and yet those people post videos of pitchers discussing mechanics. What are they discussing? The same thing TopV teaches. This makes no sense.

Until the boys started @TopVelocity@TeamTopVelocity in Dec. I'd not heard of 5 of the 7 critical lower half movements:
1. early linear movement
2.torsion
3. hips forward and down
4. front foot closed
5. foot synch during triple ext
6. separation at foot plant
7. 2x front leg
If all pitchers do the same thing in practice, you cant expect the small guys to ever catch up to the 6ft + guys. Small pitchers need to do extra and @TopVelocity@TeamTopVelocity is the way to go. It's a long term, amazingly difficult program but its paid off for my boys
