[Science Channel @ScienceChannel]

From vicious suplexes to total annihilation, we're counting down the best hits from the Season 1 premiere of #BATTLEBOTS.

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@NFNiTM @buy_me_quattro We're used to it!

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@KeithyBhoy We agree - It definitely needs some refinement.

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@Fizzpup @NoelSharkey Of course! We'll let you know if we end up applying for season 2 of Robot Wars.

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@Fizzpup @NoelSharkey Tough call. Since the weapon has to be full speed to properly walk the design is very difficult to safely test.

[Inside The Bot @InsideTheBot]

We decided to put out a little podcast for @BattleBots season 1, now that it's showing on @SpikeTVUK #BattleBots

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@Fizzpup @NoelSharkey To be honest I have not yet seen the new season. We'd love to bring a new robot across the pond for season 2 though!

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@Fizzpup @NoelSharkey Carbide (Cobalt) is in season 2 of #BattleBots :)

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@Tone7x20 And the floor.

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@KeithyBhoy Oh but you've seen us!

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@nsmitchell91 @UKRobotWars Carbide is in season 2 of #BattleBots :)

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@DShepherd31 For the sake of innovation mostly.

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

That's a bit too fast and coordinated ;) #BattleBots https://t.co/7OoSzh7sfS

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@Fizzpup @NoelSharkey How so? We do focus on kinetic energy in the Americas, but that takes a lot of engineering to pull off right as well.

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@NFNiTM You can blame the Olympics and politics for that. A lot of shows went on hiatus for at least two weeks.

[Team Storm @TeamstormUK]

Don't forget @BattleBots starts at 8pm tonight in the UK. Channel 31 on Freeview & Sky Channel 160 ! #RobotWars fans should take a look !

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@NFNiTM Need that season 3 good news first :) #BattleBots #WeWantSeason3

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@NFNiTM Was in the plan for season 2 but unfortunately Wrecks had to go on an emergency weight loss plan.

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@NFNiTM Under the season 2 judging criteria we probably would have!

[Wrecks @TeamWrecks]

@NFNiTM Thankfully no. Even more thankfully they didn't make us hammer out the floor damage... #BattleBots
