Worst customer service by @JustEatUK . First of all there's no way to talk to person for the issue. The only option is there to chat and also not helpful.
ON-792295257 I had issue with. I was told to get refund but now I'm told as it's more than 24 hours I can't get anything.

@JustEatUK could you please help. I ordered some groceries from Sainsbury's Finchley Road, and was told my order was 9 mins away but then was immediately told my order had been delivered. It has not. This is not the first time such a episode has happened. Help please.
