Great cues for the step back drill!
This is one of our favorite drills to help us feel tension in our backside hip and hold that tension as we stride into the launch position. Many players lack this feeling when they load into their stride, which causes a lot of weak ground balls because their weight is coming up and out of their legs.

@mflynn3 He doesnt suck......he just isnt a guy that can win games for you yet. we can talk all day long about Brees had help but the fact was Brees made his guys better and this guy hasnt figured this out yet.
@tjayjones8 Way too scared.....Payton would have run at least 3-4 plays with 18 seconds left in the half. That was showing we dont want to play to win...
