is there an explanation why it's possible to check in online for outbound flight but not return flight? It's the same route. I rebooked my flight via the customer service over the phone and now I'm concerned that it wasn't done properly

@parcelforce I'm waiting for 2 parcels. one I should have received on the 31.07 as I paid next day delivery (apparently delivery attempted 3x- never received a card) for the second one i received a card but tracking number not recogniced.tried to book redelivery but still nothing

@parcelforce Hi. I'm still waiting for a parcel I paid next day delivery for. It left the Manchester Depot on the 31 of July and apparently delivery was attempted 3x.I was home on the dates when delivery was apparently attempted & not once received a card. Were do I go from here?
