When I first got married, I called my mom to vent about an argument my husband and I were having. She stopped me mid-sentence and said, “Unless you're in danger, don’t invite other people into your marriage, not even me.”
It ended up being one of the best advice I could have received as a young wife.
Navy seal material?
I love how the older one looks straight at the security camera then picks up the fold up steps taking the evidence with him ..😂❤️❤️❤️
Kids will get you locked up.
A lil girl in my son’s class told her teacher that she takes baths with her uncle.
So of course, they did their investigation.
Tell me why the uncle is 2 years old.
My husband hugged me from behind and said "thank you so much for everything you did today." Then kissed me. My toddler then walked up, hugged me from behind and said "thank you for making me soup mama." Then kissed my arm. YOUR CHILDREN SEE EVERYTHING.
Do NOT teach my child to keep secrets from me. Ever. If I find out you told my child “don’t tell your mom,” that access is revoked. I don’t care if it’s candy, soda, or something small, that’s how dangerous boundaries start getting blurred. Not happening.
This mom was worried her son might get bullied on the school bus, but then their Hispanic neighbors stepped in and promised to look out for him.
Then, in Spanish, they said to each other, “If anybody touches him, I’ll grab them.” 🥺❤️
A girl said "LOVE ON YOUR KIDS. Be sweet to them. Say nice things. Sing to them. Do things they enjoy. Watch their favorite shows. Take them on trips. Speak life into them. Tell them how intelligent they are. How beautiful and handsome they are. How super they are. They need to hear it. They have bad days too. They want to feel special too. Make them feel wanted and cared for. Because some grown adults are still healing from what they didn't get as kids."& YES PLEASE!
