House Prosecutor and San Juan Rep. Bel Zamora rejected Senator Alan Peter Cayetano’s accusation that the House prosecution panel does not want a fair impeachment trial for Vice President #Sara #Duterte.

Cayetano recently claimed that the prosecutors were favoring a specific group rather than pursuing an impartial process. Zamora, however, called the accusation “very unfair,” stressing that it has been the prosecution panel that has consistently pushed for the impeachment trial to proceed.

“It's us who want a fair trial. It is the prosecution who wants this trial to proceed,” Zamora said.

Her remarks came after Cayetano questioned the panel’s recognition of Acting Senate President Win Gatchalian amid the ongoing Senate leadership dispute.

The dumbest and first ex-convict Senator, Robin Padilla continues to desecrate and treat the Senate institution with contempt.

First, he obstructs the lawful implementing of an arrest warrant against a fugitive of the law charged with mass murder. He then actively assist the same fugitive to escape the law using his vehicle and drove him away. He later comes back with a grin on his face and say; “we don’t recognise the warrant of arrest issued by a foreign court.”

Now, he brings into the Senate premises and uses the Senate office, funded by the people’s money, to further their objectives of destabilisation and mocking the institutions task to investigate the same 18 porters masquerading as marines. The truth is, over half of them have been discharged dishonourably and all of them have received bribe funds reportedly from Mike Defensor who is a serial destabiliser and who is himself and family was recently implicated in a human trafficking and drug-related offenses.
