What people do know is that I have been found GUILTY of undermining public health guidelines during the Pandemic.

What the public DO NOT KNOW is what those guidelines stated. So I will publish them here:

For the treatment of Covid patients in the Community/Nursing Homes settings, Doctors were advised as follows:

1. Do not take the patients blood pressure.

2. Do not listen to their chest (auscultation)

3. Do not prescribe any medication (paracetamol only)

4. Refer to end of life protocols (palliative care/midazolam).

What these guidelines effectively stated is this: Do not examine your patients. Do not touch your patients.
Do not prescribe treatments for your patients -and if they appear to be very unwell- sedate them and allow them to die.

I can only recall one period in human history when human beings were treated in this manner.

We are extremely disturbed by the news that President Catherine Connolly has been named as a patron of Irish NGO Belong To - an organisation that receives huge tax funding, and has been instrumental in the push for mixed-sex bathrooms in Irish schools, curriculums that teach gender ideology as fact and ask students to sign pledge packs to subscribe to preferred pronoun usage, teaching teachers to hide and lie to parents about their children’s sexuality or gender identity, etc.

This organisation was once set up as a gay youth group, but as many of our members and founders experienced, it was not a place for LGB youth to find friends or find community, but rather an youth group that taught young and vulnerable lesbians or bisexual girls how to hide breast binders from parents, silenced questions, encouraged disparaging speak about “c1s” people and created a culture of secrecy and fear. We met with the Children’s Ombudsman to raise our concerns as lesbians, gays and bisexuals who had direct and indirect experience of Belong To, and these concerns were never investigated.

It is wholly inappropriate for @PresidentIRL to actively endorse such a controversial NGO, that has and continues to actively harm lesbian, gay and bisexual youth, particularly while she is the president.

We were asked to approve funding for several NGOs yesterday. One of them being DePaul housing, an org that was recently found to be allocating 70% of its housing stock to people exiting the IPAS system in 2014.

Last wednesday the Minister for justice told us the average length of stay in IPAS accommodation that year was 18 months.

Hardworking salt of the earth Irish people contact me everyday with their housing queries, some waiting 15-20 years to be allocated social housing!

This is clear racism and discrimination against the native Irish people inside their own country, I'll play no part in supporting it.
