Such an honor to meet trauma surgeon, Dr. Campbell, at @NIHClinicalCntr! Hearing about his journey and insights on trauma disparities left me inspired as I continue my path in medicine and global health + health disparities research.
Thank you @TraumaDocSF!

Today we received an email that one of my classmates, @pthendzlik, who was doing a research year, died unexpectedly. I am in total shock and totally devastated. He was a wonderful and incredibly hardworking person and would have made an amazing surgeon. May he rest easy.
@mhabibaaa I unfortunately have heard similar accounts from dermatologists I’ve worked with, and in 2044 it’s estimated that >50% of the US population will have skin of color…
This weekend I had the pleasure of presenting my research work at the New England Science Symposium at Harvard Medical School 🔬🧴
Thank you @HMS_DICP for organizing such an inspiring and insightful event!
