While others cozied up to individuals appearing before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee, ActionSA Cape Town Mayoral Candidate, Dereleen James, refused to play nice. She pushed back, asked the hard questions, and stood firm to ensure that South Africans heard the truth.

Cape Town does not need leaders who are comfortable around power but too afraid to challenge it. It needs leaders who will confront wrongdoing, demand accountability, and restore law and order without fear or favour.

Dereleen James has shown that she is prepared to stand her ground when it matters. Cape Town deserves leadership that will fight for its residents, not protect the powerful.

The days of empty promises and leaders who look the other way must come to an end. It is time to demand accountability and put residents first. VOTE FOR ACTIONSA!!
