This week we mailed help straight to pediatric cancer families.

Most weeks that looks like checks totaling $3,000–$7,000 for gas to treatment, rent, food, the bills that don’t stop because a child is sick.

This week it also meant helping cover two children’s funerals.
I hate that this is part of the work. It is. When a family loses their child, they should not also have to figure out how to pay for goodbye.

That is the promise we made to Liv. Money in the hands of families who need it most.
