This is highly unprofessional behaviour and pathetic customer response.

This is not what is expected if you charge a premium service charge almost 40-50% higher than the local service providers.
But the level of service is absolutely third class.

have been trying to followup with both Kanpur and Bengaluru teams but no one is giving a straight forward answer of where is the consignment right now. Now the deadline has also been shifted by the kanpur team to 15 days. Is there any accountability or not?
