@KILLTOPARTY I don't think that's what it is. It's that this group of women looks INSUFFERABLE and like the bitches we have to deal with at work constantly.
And they get to sit courtside.
In baseball, there’s a strong correlation between the amount of at-bats a player gets and the amount of hits.
For example, Pete Rose has the most at-bats in MLB history and also the most hits. It’s not a perfectly linear relationship obviously, but the more at-bats a player gets the more chances he has to get a hit.
This is essentially what’s happening in our economy, and it’s something I see every day. Women are being elevated into far more opportunities than men, the equivalent of getting more at-bats.
A player with 300 at-bats versus one who gets 50 is obviously going to have more chances to showcase their skills, improve, and solidify their position in the lineup.
When men do get their at-bats, they’re expected to perform at a very high level, but that’s difficult given they’re getting fewer opportunities to improve.
If society really wanted to elevate men, then it’d simply give them more chances to learn and develop. Because from an efficiency standpoint, men have higher batting averages than women.
But we’ve decided to put all of our .270+ prospects in the dugout for .200 ones.
You can’t win a World Series with that formula at all. Which is why our economy has become far more inefficient and bloated in areas it shouldn’t be.
So if we want a winning formula, the answer is obvious. Put your best players in the lineup.
